Payment: You can use your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit card. Our credit card transactions are handled by Wells Fargo SecureSource and AuthorizeNet. Your credit card number is not forwarded to us nor is it stored in our shopping cart. All information is held strictly confidential. We never rent or sell our customers' data to anyone. We also accept personal and business checks as well as money orders. Or you can use PayPal. Karl Wester Crafts is a Verified PayPal account holder which means that PayPal has verified our e-mail address, our business bank account, and federal tax identification number.

Sales Tax: For orders shipping to Virginia the shopping cart will include Sales Tax of 5%.

Shipping Options: Our shopping cart offers 5 shipping options: Priority Mail, Priority Mail insured, Priority Mail International, Express Mail, or Standard Shipping. Standard Shipping is generally via First Class Mail in the U.S. except for heavy or bulky items which may ship via Parcel Post or Media Mail. For delivery outside the United States we use Priority Mail International whenever available. If not available to your country we will ship via Air Mail.

Delivery: As soon as we receive payment via credit card or through PayPal we start the shipping process, which takes 1 or 2 business days. Orders with payment received can usually be shipped within 2 business days. When paying by check or money order we start the shipping process when we receive your payment. However, for established customers we will ship without waiting for payment.

Stock: All of the products shown on this web-site are generally in stock. We try to keep the list as current as possible.

Out of Stock: Items that indicate "Out of Stock" may no longer be carried or may take some time to re-stock because our suppliers are slow to ship to us.

On Back Order: Items that indicate "On Back Order" are temporarily out of stock and will usually be back in stock within a week.
